Do you know a classroom teacher or educational services professional who is dedicated, inspiring, and making a difference? If so, please take the time to recommend this person for the Governor’s Educator of the Year Program by completing the 2019-2020 Nomination Formand returning it to the Dr. Cohen by 12/09/2019. Administrators, staff members, parents and community members are encouraged to participate.
Each Tuesday, we will host a tutorial session from 8:00-8:30. All staff members will be accessible. You can sign up by clicking the Tutorial Sign-Up button under Shortcuts (on the left side of the homepage) and reserving a spot, or you might receive a notice from your child’s teacher. Once you have signed up for a session, the students are expected to stay until the 8:30 bell rings. In order to properly manage the session, we cannot allow for an unscheduled drop off. CPSPie has partnered with Square1Art to celebrate your child’s artistic accomplishments and raise funds for the school. Ask your child what they are creating and watch for more details.
Each school self-assessment grade is rated on a scale of 0-78, with 78 being the highest score a school can receive. The district grade is an average of the school grades within the district. The scores reflect the school and district compliance with the Anti-Bullying Bill of Rights Act and efforts toward implementing the law within their district.
