Parent-Teacher Conference Form

Conferences are being held Thursday, 10/31 from 1-3pm, Monday, 11/4 from 6-8pm, Tuesday, 11/5 from 6-8pm, and Wednesday 11/6 from 1-3pm.  Forms went home on October 14th and were due back by October 21st.  Email confirmations were sent out Oct. 23rd.
