5th-8th Grade:  All 5th-8th grade students are currently involved in their Physical Fitness testing.  Students will be tested for their Cardiovascular Strength and Endurance, Muscular Strength and Endurance, and Flexibility.  They will be asked to perform the 100m, 400m, 800, and mile run along with the shuttle run, sit and reach, sit-ups and pull-ups.  In addition to that students in 7th and 8th grade will be participating in a Track and Field unit.  They will be trying out some hurdles and shot putt.  After all is completed about 30 students will be selected to participate in the North Hunterdon Track and Field Day on May 17th.  After testing and track and field, students will be moving into their Lacrosse Unit.
K-3rd grade:  The K-3 grades have been working on some very basic gymnastics skills.  We have gone over a variety of different rolls, along with some balance work.  3rd graders have also begun their Physical Fitness Testing.  After testing is complete students in K-3 will be playing a variety of games that will focus as a review and refresher for all of the skills that we have learned throughout the year.
Activity Period:  We have been going outside as much as we can and playing some Ultimate Frisbee.  Soon we will start to play some Frisbee Golf and then finish up with some Softball.
